They cost more than most other washers but they come with a warranty . I did buy one and I absolutely love it. MY clothes are clean, it spins out the clothes beautifully and I am running my dryer less too. He also took a lot of time to talk to me about my washers issues, he was professional, affordable and very knowledgable and a nice guy as well."

"Francis was awesome! He answered the phone when I called, gathered info on my washing machine, set the appointment, and showed up (and on time) the next day! Once on the scene, Francis quickly diagnosed the problem and explained in layman terms exactly what was happening and why. He prepared an estimate and completed the work within about 1.5 hours. He even replaced the wall plug switch because it was worn out and not pulling enough amps to support the washing machine. He left the area around the washer clean and the laundry room tidy. It’s clear that Francis enjoys his work and he’s good at it. He was friendly and outgoing. Our KitchenAid washer is 19 years old and we feel like Francis breathed new life into it, at a fraction of what a new (and most likely problematic) washer would cost. We appreciate the good service and highly recommend Ace Appliance Repair."
